What annoys me the most about the callers we get are the ones that laugh when they hear our rates because they're high or whatever. Obviously, it's not funny. Obviously, they're just being ignorant. Obviously, they don't realize that I have absolutely nothing to do with the rates that are returned to me, and that even if they think our rate is too high and decide to go elsewhere, there is a queue of callers waiting to stop wasting my time, laughing at me, and actually want to book cars with me. You all should consider yourselves lucky -- four days in a row? Crazy! Also, they've moved our seating section down to the regular gen res floor, because they decided for whatever reason to split our department up and put us in pairs with different supervisors. Because it's a good idea to have a department that deals specifically with certain calls spread all over the place so they can't consult one another about things. That's a real class idea. Anyways, I am really anxious and angry at all my callers today, this environment down here on the floor is not very good for me. The end. Mreh. Mreh. Mreh. (That's the best written rendition I can come up with of my dissatisfied noise that I make, lol.)
